The new workflow executor no longer clones the workflow repo into the local job directory, so scripts/ was missing in the user workspace. /pw/.miniconda3 no longer exists in the workspace; system python3 provides the requests module needed by the balance check.
The pw CLI fails S3 signing (403 SignatureDoesNotMatch) for object keys containing spaces, and 3DCS writes 'CMRailTraining .hsu', which aborted the entire merge Results upload.
'mv scripts/merge/dry_run.sh scripts/merge/dry_run.sh' moved the file onto itself, which errors and fails the Dry Run step whenever dry_run: true. The merge script assembly cats scripts/merge/run_dcs.sh, so rename the dry-run script to that, mirroring the worker line.
