Looking to refactor the Penn Mobile Campus Express auth to use a different in-built Oauth handler.
Our campus express callback url is https://pennlabs.org/pennmobile/......., and Apple requires proof of domain ownership established by this file.
Full disclosure: AI fully wrote this commit (other than the actual apple-app-site-association) file. It needs a second set of eyes by someone way better at this than me.
The goal is to have that JSON file statically served at https://pennlabs.org/.well-known/apple-app-site-association
If we have a better way of doing this I'm fully down for that.
