This handles the default value
not_found.Normally this flow didn't happen before, but my theory is because
jFJkMDodzU4rIyub6xWWJ9NCSWnGktcP-tBuFMywG4khas a tag withdevice: manifest@1.0it forces it to use it. The on/request hook callingmanifest@1.0isn't the issue, because is just skips it.
