feat: ship TokenLink 0.2 watch experience

Outcome

• add protocol-v2 multi-provider watch sync while keeping the v1 payload byte-compatible
• add named Codex work items, full active-session counts, refresh/focus commands, and watch settings
• redesign the StopWatch Home, Quota, Sessions, and System experience plus matching Mac provider marks and bars
• make the Mac-only and C152 Quick Starts honest and release-ready
• package a versioned arm64 development app and keep all C152 release assets within TokenLink

Validation

• bash scripts/test.sh: 170 tests passed
• strict swift-format lint passed
• privacy scan passed
• release app build, extraction, signature/resource checks, and SHA-256 verification passed
• C152 firmware build: RAM 56,120 bytes; flash 1,329,377 bytes
• nine firmware simulator/protocol tests and native preview passed
• flashed firmware revision 0d5bf6c to the explicitly confirmed C152 port; esptool verified all hashes
• observed READY, protocol-v2 GATT, BLE pairing, aggregate active count 2, and live Codex/Kimi/MiniMax payloads

Release boundary

v0.2.0-rc.1 will be an explicitly labeled TokenLink prerelease with an ad-hoc arm64 Mac archive, a C152-only merged image, an exact firmware source archive, and separate checksums. Physical layout/touch review, 24-hour power soak, Intel distribution, and Developer ID notarization remain follow-ups. No external repository push or PR is part of this release.
