Bioinformatics researcher building open-source tools for genomic analytics
I'm a bioinformatics researcher from Saint Petersburg, Russia, working at the intersection of wet-lab biology and high-performance computing. My work spans the full research cycle — from collecting soil samples and running PCR to processing sequencing data into statistics and interactive visualizations.
I hold a B.Sc. in Applied Mathematics and Informatics (bioinformatics) from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University and currently work in a microbiology lab researching soil metagenomes. I'm looking for a master's programme in evolutionary genomics and metagenomics.
