What does this pull request do?

Audits Proto Omega

• Adjusts HP to 20,000
• Adjusts delay to 180/240 based off of form
• Adds base damage multiplier
• Adjusts regain
• Adds missing immunities
• Adjusts Gunpod time (is actually 3 to 5.5 minutes, with a 90 second lockout on death)

TP move audit + enums going upstream, can review but hold off on merging until that lands.

Steps to test these changes

Fight Proto-Omega in Apollyon (once TP move PR gets merged)
