Adds d1-migration-guard, a free/MIT zero-dependency CLI that scans Cloudflare D1/Wrangler migration files for common safety issues (destructive SQL, unsafe triggers, migration ordering, missing database_id) before wrangler applies them. Disclosure: I'm the author.
