Let a stated user preference override the MCP-first default in both copies of the directive, and document create_app's source-and-build and image modes in the MCP Server section so llms.txt covers the registry path the page-level hints already cover.
The image argument is the container-registry path, but the text neither said so nor linked the page. Splits the two modes by source and links each to its guide. Drops the trailing porter.yaml sentence, which the Agent Instructions block already covers and which read as contradicting the stated-preference override.
The llms.txt spec treats ## Optional as skippable under context pressure, so logging, monitoring, alerts, common errors, rollbacks, and zero-downtime sat where an agent would drop them — the pages needed to answer "why did my deploy fail". They move to their own section above Optional. The CLI keeps its position at the top of Optional per review feedback, but only the install and basic-usage pages; the twelve command-reference pages move to the bottom so the first thing after Core Docs is no longer a scriptable alternative to the MCP server.
