fix(firetv): preserve connection errors in status summary

Summary

• preserve the root cause when get_status cannot connect to a Fire TV
• keep the existing actionable recovery guidance and successful status behavior
• add a regression test for the rendered connection error

Context

Issue #9 asked for clearer Fire TV connection errors. This focused follow-up addresses the remaining unwrap_or(false) path that discarded the ADB failure details.
