Cannot map structures that are fully vacant on one sublattice

Dear CASM developers,

I have a binary oxide MO, that each sublattice could host vacancy, i.e (M,Va)(O,Va).

I have 11 structures cannot be mapped even though I tried ideal: true, tol_cost, fix_lattice, max_vac, etc.

I checked and find all those structures are either M or O, meaning the other sublattice is fully vacant.

Would that be the reason?
