Runs a full `composer update` within existing composer.json constraints: - nesbot/carbon 3.11.4 => 3.13.0 - phpunit/phpunit 13.2.0 => 13.2.1 - symfony/translation(-contracts) 8.1.0/3.7.0 => 8.1.1/3.7.1 No security advisories were affecting this repo; this is routine maintenance. `composer audit` reports no advisories and the full test suite passes (51 tests, 91 assertions).
