Builds and setups BTKCore and pyCGM2 from https://github.com/mitkof6/BTKCore
and https://github.com/mitkof6/pyCGM2.git, respectively. If you want to use
other sources please update the build_* scripts.
Build docker: docker build -t ubuntu_pycgm2 .
Run docker: docker run -it ubuntu_pycgm2
