- Make student cards keyboard focusable and interactive (`role="button"`, `tabIndex={0}`)
- Add `aria-label` for better screen reader support

This PR improves the accessibility of the student list by making the cards interactive for keyboard and screen reader users. It also fixes a build error by adding the missing vite-env declaration.
