The pil-reserved@84300000 node is a coarse 363 MiB carveout inherited from the downstream kernel. The upstream qcs6490-rb3gen2 board DTS already reserves the firmware-bearing parts of that range with fine-grained per-subsystem nodes (camera, wpss, adsp, cdsp, video, cvp, ipa and gpu-microcode), which cover 0x84300000 up to 0x8b31c000 contiguously. The remaining span of the blanket holds no firmware and does not need reserving in U-Boot. Drop the redundant blanket node so U-Boot can use the DRAM the per-subsystem reservations don't claim. This is downstream changes, so upstream is not applicable.
