.. so they appear when dictionaries are listed. In addition to the ISO two letter language codes, "VRP" + 2-letter country code is used for the license plate codes. "VRPDE" is for Germany, "VRPXW" for world wide. Files available at https://codeberg.org/cweiske/DictionaryVRP Related: rdoeffinger#192

Register Vehicle Registration Plate icons as language codes so they appear when dictionaries are listed.
