Bump the project version 1.9.1 -> 1.10.0 and refresh the dependency catalog: readingbat-core / readingbat-kotest 3.3.1 -> 3.4.0, Ktor 3.5.1 -> 3.6.0, Kotest 6.2.3 -> 6.2.5, detekt 2.0.0-alpha.5 -> 2.0.0-alpha.6, Kotlinter 5.6.0 -> 5.7.0, and the ben-manes versions plugin 0.57.0 -> 0.64.0. Upgrade the Gradle wrapper 9.6.1 -> 9.7.1 across gradle-wrapper.properties, gradle-wrapper.jar, and the gradle-wrapper catalog key. Add .gitattributes so line endings are normalized per file type rather than per contributor's core.autocrlf: gradlew pinned to lf, *.bat to crlf, and *.jar / *.png marked binary, which also keeps the wrapper jar intact across upgrades. Document all of the above in CHANGELOG.md and RELEASE_NOTES.md, refresh the stale Gradle and readingbat-core versions in llms.txt, and note the .gitattributes conventions in README.md and CLAUDE.md.
