Summary

Add Context7 indexing metadata and project guidance.
Rework the README around sending integrity events, including sync/async flows, test-session submission, batching, retries, errors, and raw responses.
Remove listing, retrieval, reveal, pagination, and unrelated resource examples from the README.

Validation

7 Python README examples parsed successfully
pytest: 12 passed, 2 skipped
git diff --check passed
