Rebuilds the Python SDK from the historical 50-operation surface to the current 13-operation public contract.
Adds manifest/checksum synchronization, typed metadata/events/ingestion/issues/organization resources, aligned sync/async transport behavior, agent guidance, Conductor scripts, and scheduled sync PR automation.
Removes legacy resources without compatibility aliases and releases the package as 1.0.0.
Validation: public manifest fetch, Ruff, mypy, 18 tests, OpenAPI coverage, sdist/wheel builds, and clean wheel installation passed.
