The only SaaS that gets your funeral procession through a green light legally
ExequieOS handles end-to-end funeral procession permitting, police motorcycle escort scheduling, and real-time traffic signal coordination with municipal DOT systems. It integrates directly with county clerk APIs and funeral home dispatch workflows so nothing falls through the cracks on the worst day of someone's life. I built this after watching a procession get T-boned at an intersection with no flag car — never again.
- Full permitting lifecycle management from death certificate filing to route clearance approval
- Real-time preemption handshakes with over 4,300 municipal traffic signal controllers nationwide
- Direct two-way sync with funeral home dispatch software and county clerk portals
- Automated police escort scheduling with jurisdiction-aware fallback routing
- Grieving families see nothing. The chaos happens on the backend. Completely.

ExequieOS runs on a hardened microservices stack deployed across three availability zones — permit orchestration, signal coordination, and dispatch relay are fully isolated services communicating over an internal event bus. All permitting transactions are persisted in MongoDB, which gives us the document flexibility to handle the insane variance in county-by-county regulatory schemas without losing our minds. Real-time signal state is cached in Redis and retained indefinitely for audit trail purposes. If one service goes down the day of a service, the others keep running. That was non-negotiable.
