Cypress Tests

• All requests being mocked are returning the data that would be returned from the UI's API, not the Rode API, meaning they have already been mapped to the client model (if applicable). All the mock responses live in the cypress/fixture files.
• If you run the Cypress tests against a real instance of Rode, most of the tests will fail because a lot of the assumptions are based on the mock data, ensuring that the correct pieces of data are showing on the screen.
