The guide only listed pre-compiled binaries and cargo install, so macOS users never learned mdBook is on Homebrew. Adds a short section with the install command, linked to the formula page. Closes rust-lang#2434

I noticed the installation guide jumps straight from pre-compiled binaries to cargo install, so I added a short Homebrew section with the install command and a link to the formula page. I checked the formula page and it ships bottles for macOS and Linux, which is why I mentioned both. Closes #2434
