This is a tracking issue for core::fmt::Arguments::from_str(), which converts a &'static str to a fmt::Arguments.

Do we feel comfortable committing to always having a fmt::Arguments implementation that can represent a &str directly?
I am genuinely curious as to what concerns can possibly arise in implementing FromStr for fmt::Arguments at the core.
Would love to get any number of answers > 0 and/or be pointed at the direction of learning enough about rust core to the point of being able to think of possible answers on my own 🤓
