@jieyouxu I expanded the scope of this PR to also include the version bump. I figured we don't need two separate PRs to add the CHANGELOG entry and bump rustfmt's version. |

Thanks, changelogs + version bump looks good to me. I pushed some editorial fixes (compare) to the changelog but no meaningful entry changes.
