Needs coordination from a Zulip admin. Basically:
#t-libs/privatechannel is occupied by the oldlibs+libs-apiteam, and does not track the newlibs-fcpteam. The intent was to remove it, but we didn't want to block the team refactor on doing this, since we were preoccupied with crate ownership.#t-libs/reviewerschannel is occupied by the newlibsteam.The goal:
