Renames workflow files with numeric prefixes (0_smoke_test, 1_precompute, 2_batch_eval, 3_build_index, 4_precompute_examples) so new users can see at a glance which workflows must run before others — matching the existing pages/N_*.py convention used for the Streamlit app. 2_batch_eval.yml hard-depends on 1_precompute.yml having produced current artifacts (it checks and fails fast otherwise); 3_build_index.yml is already called internally by 2_batch_eval.yml and only needs manual triggering for reconciliation; 4_precompute_examples.yml and 0_smoke_test.yml have no dependencies on the others. Updates README.md and REQUIREMENTS.md to reference the new filenames and the dependency-ordered run sequence.
