Bump switch-core to 0.24.0 (minor). Security hardening (TLS verify, OIDC (iss,sub) binding, roster/resource access gating, register/tenant guards), internal transport moved to Postgres LISTEN/NOTIFY with a migration (#363), display-name rendering on all bridges (#330), and the !command @mention/code-wrapped fix (#313).
