3. Install Dependencies

flutter pub get

🔧 Set Up Firebase

1. Go to Firebase Console
2. Click Add Project and create a new one (e.g., sdley_barber)
3. Add an Android and/or iOS app:
   • For Android: Register your app (e.g. com.sdley.barber), download google-services.json, and place it in android/app/
   • For iOS: Register your app, download GoogleService-Info.plist, and place it in ios/Runner/
4. Enable the following Firebase services:
   • Authentication → (Email/Password, Google, etc.)
   • Cloud Firestore → For storing barber profiles, bookings, etc.
   • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) → For real-time notifications
   • Cloud Functions → For backend logic and triggers
   • Firebase Storage (optional) → For uploading profile pictures
5. Install Firebase CLI:

   npm install -g firebase-tools
   firebase login

To launch the app on your connected device or emulator:
