Summary

  • Scope GraphQL API and schema-drift lerna bootstrap to the packages those jobs actually need, matching the client CI change.
  • Bump spatial-uploads-handler to gdal-async 3.11.3 so Node 23 can use a prebuild instead of a ~15 minute source compile that fails.

Test plan

  • Unit Tests workflow on this branch: Test GraphQL API Server install succeeds
  • Schema drift, client test/build, and overlay-engine jobs still pass

Made with Cursor

Scope GraphQL and schema-drift installs to the packages they need, and bump spatial-uploads-handler to gdal-async 3.11.3 so npm can use a prebuild instead of a 15-minute source fallback.
