Applying data preprocessing and predicting the power yield using machine learning.
The output.csv is the weather_forecast.csv given to us with added 'power' column into it PowerPrdiction_TrainModel trains the RANDOM FOREST model and saves it PredictedTestValues applies the same model to weather_forecast.csv and returns with added predicted yield of solar power column.
