Overview
This PR syncs CLI help from snyk/user-docs, with the main addition being full documentation for snyk cos (Snyk AI Pentesting / Continuous Offensive Security, Closed Beta). That includes a top-level overview plus pages for targets (add, list, show, dump, YAML template), scans (start, status, report, list, cancel), and findings (list, show).

The CLI commands index now links snyk cos and points snyk sbom and snyk aibom at ../../snyk-api/reference/ instead of local sbom.md / aibom.md.

Several existing command pages only get Markdown escaping tweaks (e.g. action\_needed, OUTPUT\_FILE\_PATH, underscores in IaC ignore path examples)—no behavioral doc changes.
