This PR rewrites the main README to make Praxis easier to understand for new readers. It shifts the opening from technical infrastructure language to a clearer human framing: Praxis gives AI agents shared organizational memory across scattered business knowledge, operational data, and historical context.

Changes include:

  • Reworked the intro around the problem of disconnected organizational knowledge.
  • Added examples across agencies, legal, security, product, healthcare, managed services, and operations.
  • Reframed “What Makes Praxis Different” in plain language before technical detail.
  • Replaced the broken README image with a Mermaid flowchart plus fallback table.
  • Kept current project maturity clear with local-first, experimental, and unsupported status language.
