This push reorganizes Praxis so the public repo looks cleaner and safer for open-source users. It moves source-controlled starter files into bootstrap/, creates a dedicated workspace/ for generated local runtime data, updates path helpers and commands to use the new layout, and adds praxis migrate-workspace so older checkouts can safely review and move legacy root-level runtime files.
It also updates docs, README repository mapping, Reach/Agency workspace paths, .gitignore protections, and tests so generated databases, captures, vectors, exports, evidence cards, and client artifacts stay local instead of being accidentally committed.
