One workflow that re-scans on push in your own CI (pinned to a tagged release — your code never leaves your runners) and commits a badge linking to the evidence file, plus two marker comments in the README where it renders. The badge appears on your next push to main, or immediately via the workflow's "Run workflow" button. To remove: delete the workflow file and the two README lines — that's everything.
Disclosure: I'm the author of both the taxonomy and the tool, looking for early adopters. If any of the six claims above is wrong for daiv, that feedback is honestly more valuable to me than the merge.
