Rewrites AGENTS.md from ~3000 words of prose to ~545 words of bullets, so the file is scannable and stays the single agent-guidance source (CLAUDE.md is just
@AGENTS.md). Commands were re-verified against the Makefile (CI runsmake lintthenmake test), and deep behavioural detail now lives where it already did — module docstrings and DESIGN.md/docs — with one pointer bullet instead of copied essays. High-leverage footguns (test import paths,Command-based tool state, dependency-upgrade blockers, sandbox schema drift, views-by-content-type) are preserved.Notes: The file lands at 545 words, ~9% over the 500-word soft target; kept because cutting further would drop footguns that prevent real incorrect changes.
