docs: close v0.30.0 publication and installed acceptance

Summary

• Record v0.30.0 as released after final-source CI, public artifact verification and installed-release acceptance on both bench Pi displays and the Home Assistant App.
• Add immutable tag/source/artifact identities and the separate published-upgrade audio, recording and client-continuity results to the release record.
• Update the release index and roadmap without closing the remaining managed-browser qualification or expanding its experimental support boundary.
• Update the roadmap documentation assertion from the pre-publication state to the released experimental-foundation state.

Validation

• Documentation checks passed for all 88 Markdown files.
• Focused release-integrity and project-naming tests: 29 passed.
• Ruff passed for the changed documentation test; git diff --check passed.
• GitHub Release v0.30.0 was independently verified as Latest, published at 2026-09-14T23:44:21Z, with the exact reviewed notes and original immutable tag.

This is documentation and a documentation-contract test only. It changes no runtime source, version, App catalog, container, installed configuration or credential. The existing v0.30.0 tag and artifacts are not moved or republished. No repeated hardware acceptance is required for this closeout.
