paneContainer is moving with touch dragging

I have this issue where the paneContainer is moving on the page along with touch dragging. You can see an example here: link. Any ideas?

Hey @alexpi I'm happy to look into this with the team. It would help us significantly if you could provide a minimal code reproduction that displays this issue in action.

I can't give you an exact time estimate but we still plan to tackle this issue. We'll update you as soon as we have a chance to work on this.
