The 0.6.33 release chore (#128) bumped Cargo.toml/lock, pgrdf.control, the compose mount and the smoke golden but missed META.json's top-level and provides versions; scripts/pre-tag-check.sh caught it before the tag. No other content.

Two-line follow-up to #128: the release chore missed META.json's top-level and
providesversion fields;scripts/pre-tag-check.sh 0.6.33failed exactly there (everything else OK).make check-metapasses with the bump. Tagv0.6.33waits on this.
