Created a function that may be run if the user wishes to combine the pulse history and schedule dictionaries previously established. By default, these dictionaries are separate and linked only by the
corr_ph_nameentry in the schedule tree. This is due to pulse histories being arbitrarily complex, thus introducing extra redundancy in the schedule tree.Also modified
read_pulse_histories()to store pulse history information in a more compact format.The changes here are based on the changes expected in #320.
