Summary

• alert eligible Polymarket events from $100K total volume
• alert both rises and drops from 5% over 24h and 20% over 7d
• keep one strongest window per event, max three cards, and $200K BUY-only trade alerts
• remove the hidden 24h-volume gate while preserving freshness, expiry, and exact-market validation
