fix: cover all eligible trade alert markets

Summary

• keep every active Polymarket event from $100K total volume in trade-watch coverage
• split exact-market activity requests into safe batches of at most 100 IDs
• merge successful batches and retain partial coverage when one upstream batch fails
• avoid a duplicate hydration-time refresh

Verification

• npm run check
• 9 focused rule/activity tests passed
• local production smoke: activity batches 100 + 36, both HTTP 200, 3 alerts, mapReady=true, 1917x745 canvas, no page errors
• full browser suite runs in CI
