Update dependencies and remove unused

Im using the edge-executor in my project, and embassy-sync was out of date so I want to bump it here to reduce my dependencies

I ran all benchmarks, examples, and tests, all compiled.

@DaneSlattery - since esp-idf-svc is now archived and I can't write there - if you want to continue your EspModem work, you have to re-open the PR against the new unified esp-idf repo.

What would genuinely be useful from your PR is the fixes / enhancements to the netif module.

I do have second thoughts for the EspModel type, but maybe we could discuss those if/when you re-open your PR against the new esp-idf repo.

I will create a PR with just the netif improvements. And then we can follow up with the EspModem implementation
