fix: enable continuous spell checking in the macOS webview

WKWebView never underlines misspellings unless the app's own defaults turn on WebKit's continuous spell checking, so write those defaults once at first launch (spell checking on, system smart quotes/dashes off), deferring to any choice the user later makes in the webview's context menu.
