This change reduces the likelihood of the Pigeon 2 gyroscope losing connection to the RoboRIO due to low voltage. 5.4V was observed to not result in issues despite being below CTRE's recommended minimum voltage, which is 6V. Below 5.3V, the Pigeon 2 consistently failed to communicate over CAN, though the status lights stay on.
