Scope
Align required request-owned comment/purpose, canonical physical SQL paths, per-entity graph audit lineage and safe intent projection.
Preserve generated Q/E/save APIs and isolate independent graphs, including genuine generated Checker acceptance/rejection.
Evidence
Two local native rounds and complete local example gates pass for the recorded core/SQLite cohort.
Two fixed-commit immutable internal Registry native/generated replays are qualified; generated sources remain unchanged.
Current numbered-contract audit covers 41 cases across seven runtimes, with 42 pure-algorithm cells kept distinct from integration evidence.

Delivery boundaries
No public package publication or release tag is requested by this PR.
External-provider/cloud coverage and all wire decoders are not inferred from the core/SQLite acceptance.
