I was running this application in colab. When I ran the load_weights.py file, it showed FATAL Flags parsing error: Unknown command line flag 'f' . But the code ran, so I moved forward and ran the detect_video.py with my weights file as /content/yolov3.weights and classes file as /content/Object-Detection-API/data/labels/coco.names. It showed DuplicateFlagError: The flag 'classes' is defined twice. First from /usr/local/lib/python3.6/dist-packages/ipykernel_launcher.py, Second from /usr/local/lib/python3.6/dist-packages/ipykernel_launcher.py.
