With the gateway out of credit, every forecast now rides OpenRouter's :free model (~20 req/min), and the fixed 2s→4s backoff re-fired before the window reopened — cycle #30 lost 9/15 estimates to 429s. fetchWithBackoff now waits the Retry-After duration when present and sane (≤120s). 537 tests.
