Publishes tummycrypt_scheduling_kit 0.11.0 from tag v0.11.0 (release authority: Jesssullivan/scheduling-kit, immutable release).
First registry version carrying the TIN-2764 sprint-1 double-booking fixes (kit #118 and #119): write-time slot validation, advisory locks, soft-hold admission, real-Postgres concurrency CI (verified RAN on both merge commits). The previously tagged v0.10.0 predates the fixes and is intentionally skipped.
Consumer notes: new typed SLOT_TAKEN failure on previously-succeeding inputs; withTransaction required for atomicity. Adoption PRs follow separately (software.tinyland.dev-booking first).
Integrity computed from the tag tarball; strip_prefix verified against the archive top-level dir. No shipped version edited.
