docs: add email delivery events page

• Extracts email delivery events content from init email self serve doc #743 into its own page nested under Email auth & recovery
• Rewrites the intro paragraph to reference Dashboard and API as the two ways to query events
• Consolidates the two event type tables (API + Dashboard) into a single table
• Removes the inline API reference section (will be linked from /api-reference/queries/)
• Removes duplicative troubleshooting section, folding actionable guidance into the event types table
• Renames the existing email auth page title to "Overview" for cleaner nesting
• Adds a Note clarifying that email events are stored at the parent org level

Test plan

• Verify the new page renders at /features/authentication/email-delivery-events
• Verify the sidebar shows "Email auth & recovery" as a nested group with "Overview" and "Email delivery events" as children
• Verify the existing email auth page still renders at /features/authentication/email
• Confirm the list_email_events API reference link resolves once the API docs are published
• Confirm with Landon whether Send events are intentionally absent from the Dashboard
