Combined release: Stage 6 Pro tier (/forge:build-pro, T-241..T-253) and the Docker/tooling preflight capability layer (T-227..T-233), folded into one release per ADR-012 rather than tagging v0.7.0 separately — both landed on main in the same sitting (PR #65, PR #67). bump-version.py 0.8.0; CHANGELOG [0.8.0] consolidates both feature summaries; progress.md/ROADMAP.md marked released; README test badge + Pro-tier bullet refreshed.
