Starting 4th of October 2021, topggpy accepts PRs for Hacktoberfest 2021, and per their guidelines, all eligible PRs will be labeled with the hacktoberfast-accepted label.
However, in order for your PR to receive the label, your PR must end with Hacktober 2021 on a separate line in the description. Any PRs that do not follow this requirement will not be eligible for Hacktober. Keep in mind that the spam label has also been introduced and will be used accordingly if your PR is deemed as such.
